As a Yogi, I learnt to appreciate life. I became more relaxed and thoughtful towards my surroundings, and I find it easier to deal with the challenges I face everyday. When something is making me upset, and I start getting angry, I just stop everything I am doing, and breathe in and out. I try to isolate myself from my surroundings until I feel strong enough to face what is bothering me. Yoga helps me stay grounded and healthy at the same time. What about you?
