This Summer I read a book based on interviews with B.K.S Iyengar, who created a new form of Hatha Yoga known for its use of props, such as belts, blocks, and blankets, as aids in performing asanas (postures). This helps the students perform the asanas correctly. This great man has created a routine for himself which consists of little food, and yoga for most of the day. His wife joins him in teaching and meditation.
